Description:

In this seminar, you will discover and experience the timeless teachings of classical Yoga hidden within the flowing Sanskrit verses of the Bhagavad Gita.  The “great secret,” the “greater secret,” and the “greatest secret of all” in Yoga are disclosed and further revealed here to enable you to take your relationship to the teaching of Yoga to a whole new level.

You will be drawn to the innermost heart, where you will experience a profound sense of connecting with the hearts of others, as we dive deeply into Gita verses and also as they are related to key aphorisms of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

This sacred study is facilitated by group contemplation, intimate reflection, discussion and sharing, and recitation practice of sounding Sanskrit verse.  You will walk away with a complete mapping of the journey into Yoga, or what the Gita calls “the Yoga of Yogas,” or what Patanjali calls “the Yoga of the heart.”

This event is for all levels of experience with Yoga, both the seasoned practitioner and the newly exposed.  No pre-requisites are required.

[May be live-streamed, if you are unable to attend in person.  Please notify us, if interested.]
